The kids did a great job donating items for our third grade Snack Attack Basket. The Basket will be raffled off along with many others at the annual Toast to Memorial on Saturday, March 28th. Check the PTO website for more information.

Class Basket for PTO

Just a reminder that donations for our PTO Snack Attack Basket need to be brought into school by March 13. 

We are asking that each family donate one item for the basket.

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss

The students were treated to a visit by some Burlington High School students. Our class heard the story One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.  They even had the choice to eat green eggs and ham for lunch.

Electricity Show

The third and fifth graders were treated to an Electricity Show by the Science Center today. They reviewed the concepts for Current and Static Electricity and even got to meet Mr. Musselman, the amazing static electricity wizard.

Lowell Mills Field Trip

The kids have been studying the Industrial Revolution. They learned what an integral part of history the textile mills in Lowell were. They witnessed how cotton was produced and visited a real weave room in the mill.

Finally Outdoor Recess!

The weather finally cooperated today and the kids got outside for some much needed playtime.
