An Hour of Code

The third graders in my class and Mrs. Keating's class had a chance to be computer programmers today.  They were able to read code through a special App on the Ipads and use that code to play an Angry Birds game on the Ipads.  Here are some pictures of our adventure:

summer plans. This packet includes important information about
the third grade required summer reading.

Please carefully read below to understand and be prepared for your
summer reading.

Each student entering third grade is required to read one of the following books
and complete a poster (poster directions are located on next page).

Each student should complete the Summer Reading Recording Form. The Summer

The poster and reading form should be completed over the summer vacation
and returned to your child’s classroom teacher, September 3-5.
