Toast to Memorial Tickets On Sale Now
Hi everyone,
This is a reminder that orders for our annual fundraiser are still on sale now. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased at www.memorialschoolpto.org. (tickets for teachers are $15)
The event will take place on Saturday, April 12th at the Crowne Plaza in Woburn from 7:00 - 11:00pm.
The Toast to Memorial is a wine tasting, social event with raffles and silent and live auctions. All money raised will help pay for field trips, enrichment programs and other needs at Memorial School. (Cash, Checks and Credit Cards will be accepted at the event).
Gift Basket Items for the Toast to Memorial
Classroom teachers have sent home a list of requested items for each family to donate to the classroom gift baskets that will be raffled off at the event. Please send your items in to school as soon as possible as the teachers will assemble the baskets at the end of next week. Please ask your child what their classroom theme is. A List is also posted to our PTO website.
Help at the Toast - Need a few volunteers
We are looking for a few people to help out the night of the Toast with picking up baskets at the school, manning the registration desk for s short shift, and helping with the live and silent auctions. If you can help, please contact Laura Vittum to volunteer at vitt_maple@mac.com.
Raffle Sales for those not attending
If you are not able to attend the Toast and still want to purchase raffle tickets for the gift baskets, forms will be going home next week to purchase.
